What are the responsibilities and job description for the CSR - Customer Service Representative position at Dixon's Home Services?
One of the fastest growing home services companies in the Twin Cities has immediate openings for experienced customer service representatives at our Eagan office. We are looking for someone who can handle a fast paced environment and has exceptional attention to detail.
Primary Job Responsibilities:
- Answer inbound calls and emails from customers and prospects. Triage requests for appropriate response.
- Record all customer interactions in customer software and schedule appropriate follow up.
- Answer questions, suggest solutions, and schedule service in customer software.
- Complete daily processes to ensure service level expectations are met each day.
- Make number of outbound telephone calls to customers who requested information.
- Quickly and professionally resolve customer issues and problems.
- Meet weekly team goals on sales conversions.
Qualifications:
- Previous customer service and sales experience required.
- Previous telephone experience required.
- Exceptional communication skills required.
- Must be committed to customer satisfaction, hard working, reliable and good natured.
- PC experience including email, web, and Microsoft office.
- Experience working in Salesforce preferred.
- Bilingual in Spanish and English preferred.

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour
