We are adding additional Client Service Representatives to our already excellent team!

Southview Animal Hospital is looking to fill immediate openings for full-time & part-time CSRs. We are looking for an eager, hardworking individual with great communication skills. Candidates must be punctual, calm in high stress situations, self-motivated and trusted to work independently. Candidates must also have the ability to prioritize and be able to multitask. Having this unique combination of skills and experience will bring our hospital to a new level of excellent service and enhance our team. Business hours are 7am-10pm Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm Saturday-Sunday. We are looking to add to our closing team; a typical shift would be similar to 12p-8pm during the week and 8a-5p every other weekend.

Responsibilities

  • Greet and assist clients in a professional manner, ensuring a positive experience.
  • Manage multi-line phone systems to handle incoming calls efficiently.
  • Utilize computer software to maintain accurate client records.
  • Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues.
  • Collaborate with team members to enhance client relationships and improve service delivery.
  • Support veterinary staff by coordinating appointments and managing client communications.

Minimum Education / Experience / Abilities:

  • High School diploma required.
  • Experience in a client facing / customer service setting required.
  • Ability to maintain composure while confronting difficult and emotional situations required.
  • Ability to multitask and work in a fast paced environment required.
  • Basic computer knowledge including Microsoft 365 required.
  • Previous experience using multi-line phone systems is preferred but not required.
  • Experience in the veterinary field or any setting with pets preferred but not required.
