We are looking for an Administrative Assistant to join our team in Dallas, NC!

The Administrative Assistant will assist with a variety of office tasks to ensure the smooth operation of our workplace. Primary Responsibilities

  • Support event planning and coordination to ensure successful execution.
  • Serve as a liaison with corporate HR to facilitate smooth onboarding and offboarding processes for personnel.
  • Collaborate with corporate HR on additional tasks and initiatives as required.
  • Partner with the IT department to streamline the onboarding process for new employees.
  • Prepare, format, and distribute memos, reports, and other essential office documents.
  • Organize and maintain both digital and physical files within the company’s filing systems.
  • Accurately input and retrieve data from spreadsheets, databases, and other organizational systems.
  • Coordinate with vendors, service providers, and building management to address office needs and ensure smooth operations.
  • Assist in the recruitment process, ensuring a seamless and professional experience for candidates and hiring teams.
  • Coordinate and scheduling interviews, providing timely feedback, and facilitating the offer process.
  • Welcome and assist visitors, creating a professional and inviting office atmosphere.
  • Provide support to team members by assisting with various tasks and projects as needed.
