Dixon is looking for a Regional Sales Manager for the Southwest region to join our team! The right candidate will manage sales activities in 6 states (TX, OK, AR, LA, and parts of NM and MS) including the supervision of 3-4 Territory Sales Managers. This position reports to National Sales Manager. This person will set goals for sales growth, develop forecasts and training. Overnight travel approximately 50 percent of time. Must have minimum of 5 years field experience in related markets (industrial outside sales) and at least 3 years management experience.
