Requirements
- Lead and manage a team of irrigation crew members, ensuring quality and efficiency.
- Program and manage irrigation clocks to optimize system efficiency.
- Safely operate equipment such as trenchers, vibra-plows, excavators and hand tools.
- Install, repair, and inspect irrigation systems to meet client specifications and standards.
- Coordinate with team to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
- 5 years’ experience installing commercial irrigation systems.
- Ability to interpret Blueprints/ system designs/ as-builts.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Smart phone.
- Valid chauffer’s license.
- Ability to bend, squat, dig with a shovel and lift up to 50 pounds for extended periods of time.
