Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a team of irrigation crew members, ensuring accountability and high performance.
- Program and manage irrigation clocks to optimize system efficiency.
- Safely operate equipment such as trenchers, pipe pullers, and gas-powered hand tools.
- Install, repair, and inspect irrigation systems to meet client specifications and standards.
- Coordinate with clients to ensure satisfaction and address any concerns promptly.
- Maintain accurate records of work performed and materials used.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience in installing irrigation systems.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Valid driver’s license.
- Ability to lift 50 pounds throughout the day.
Compensation
$21-$28/hour
Benefits
- 16 hours of paid personal time off after 90 days.
- 40 hours of paid vacation after 1 year.
