Position Overview
We seek a results-driven marketing leader with a proven track record in the legal industry or professional services. As VP of Marketing, you will develop and execute strategies to enhance our visibility, reputation, and client engagement. You’ll oversee campaigns, manage a small team, and collaborate with key vendors to ensure our messaging resonates with those in need of our personal injury expertise. This role is pivotal in driving digital transformation while maintaining ethical, impactful, and client-focused marketing efforts.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Marketing Direction
- Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy aligned with the firm’s growth and client acquisition goals.
- Build and implement targeted campaigns across digital and traditional channels to expand our presence in personal injury law.
- Oversee the creation of compelling content that showcases our expertise and drives client connection.
Team Leadership & Development
- Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing marketing team focused on social media, digital strategy, referral outreach, and client experience.
- Set clear goals, provide regular feedback, and align team efforts with overall business objectives.
Brand Awareness & Client Growth
- Elevate the firm’s visibility through SEO, content marketing, paid media, and social engagement.
- Ensure messaging consistently reflects our values, services, and commitment to client advocacy.
- Build and nurture referral networks with healthcare providers, law firms, and community organizations.
Vendor & Partnership Management
- Manage relationships with external vendors and agencies to maximize campaign efficiency and return on investment.
- Identify and pursue strategic partnerships and sponsorships that enhance brand presence.
Analytics & Optimization
- Track campaign performance and optimize strategies based on key metrics and data insights.
- Stay informed on industry trends and legal marketing regulations to maintain compliance and effectiveness.
Qualifications
- 10 years of marketing leadership experience, preferably in law, professional services, or client-driven industries.
- Deep expertise in digital marketing, content strategy, and paid advertising (Google Ads, social media, etc.).
- Proven experience managing and developing marketing teams in fast-paced environments.
- Strong understanding of personal injury law and legal marketing ethics.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.
- Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze, report, and refine strategies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field (MBA a plus).
