Requirements
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
The Contractor Shall Support Industrial And Personnel Security Programs And Must Have a Current Clearance. The Contractor Shall Complete The Tasks Below
- Provide general administrative support to the Security and Facilities Directorate.
- Gather and organize information about the Industrial and Personnel Security Program.
- Develop, establish, and maintain office procedures and records.
- Develop, maintain, and implement security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with government and agency regulations.
- Manage access and clearances, including issuing and tracking badges, and updating door and safe combinations.
- Maintain security-related documents, including personnel records, contracts, and briefings.
- Develop and prepare correspondence, reports, briefings, and other documentation.
- Conduct self-inspections and audits of documents.
- Coordinate with program management and other functions to ensure security guidelines are implemented.
- Serve as a liaison for restricted areas and customers.
- Tracking and maintaining databases, including records of eligible citizens.
- Supporting credentialing and physical access control processes.
- Assisting with suitability adjudications and visitor authorization requests.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Capacity to maintain confidentiality regarding sensitive information.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
- Ability to follow procedures and knowledge of relevant security regulations.
- Experience in contracting environment or federal government is required.
- Position requires a current clearance
- To perform services under this Federal contract, employees must be a U.S. citizen, either by birth or naturalization.
- Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities.
- High attention to detail and Strong situational awareness.
