## Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and timely cost estimates for construction projects
- Analyze project specifications and drawings to determine the scope of work
- Collaborate with management teams to develop project budgets
- Monitor and control project costs throughout the construction phase
- Conduct on-site visits to assess progress and address any cost-related issues
## Experience
### Required Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field (preferred) OR equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management, specifically within commercial and institutional sectors.
- Proven track record of successfully managing multiple projects concurrently, ranging from small to large-scale ($1M - $20M ).
- Strong understanding of construction contracts, documents, drawings, and specifications.
- Proficiency in construction estimating software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, PlanGrid) and project management tools.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of local building codes, regulations, and safety standards.

Pay: $64,996.00 - $85,000.00 per year
