DK Consulting, LLC works with multiple State, Federal, and Commercial customers, and our services range from providing customers with that one ‘critical resource’ to assuming responsibility for an entire IT project. Location: Work shall be performed in a hybrid setting each week, Monday through Friday, as follows:
- Two (2) days remote at a suitable off-site location
- Three (3) days on site at the corporate office (1604 Ridgeside Dr. Ste. 201, Mount Airy, Md 21771)

Hourly rate: $30/hr - $32/hr
Responsibilities:
- Assist in defining project scope, objectives, deliverables, timelines, and resource allocation.
- Facilitate communication between project team members, stakeholders, and senior management through regular meetings and status updates
- Identify potential project risks, develop mitigation strategies, and track their progress.
- Create and maintain project documentation including meeting minutes, project plans, and status reports.
- Assist in assembling proposal documents by collecting information from various departments, including technical details, pricing, and qualifications.
- Draft sections of proposals, ensuring clear and concise writing that highlights company strengths and addresses client needs.
- Review RFPs and ensure proposals adhere to all specified requirements and submission guidelines.
- Manage relationships with key stakeholders by providing timely updates and addressing concerns.
- File, scan, and organize physical and digital documents to maintain proper recordkeeping.
- Create and analyze reports based on data collected to include inventory reports and financial statements.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings.
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements regarding data privacy and financial reporting.
Minimum qualifications:
- Five (5) years of working at an IT company
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Attention to detail and ability to work accurately under pressure
- Ability to accurately input data and maintain meticulous recordkeeping
- Efficiently manage multiple tasks and prioritize work to meet deadlines
- Ability to interpret data and generate meaningful reports
- Effective written and verbal communication to collaborate with different team members
- Associates degree
