What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior Digital Media Buyer position at DKC?

As a key player on DKC Analytics' growing digital marketing team you will play an important role in implementing paid digital strategies for a major agency with a top tier client list. You'll work with industry-leading analysts, content creators, and data scientists, in the planning, content development and day-to-day deployment of digital ad buying objectives. Your work will help consumer brands optimize sales, build buzz for startups, support social causes, and support public relations storytelling objectives across the firm.
You’ll help our clients reach desirable audiences, and deploy, monitor, and measure the impact of paid digital media, including Meta, LinkedIn, X, Google, programmatic display, digital OOH, and affiliate marketing.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Report directly to the firm's Head of Digital Marketing
- Build paid digital campaigns across all major practice areas, including tech, sports, entertainment, lifestyle, consumer goods, nonprofits, and more
- Track and optimize campaigns, and deliver smartly contextualized client reports
- Execute paid digital media buys professionally and report highly accurate, in-depth, and actionable results
- Campaigns will range from small budgets into the millions and span a wide array of industries, developing your expertise rapidly
- Contribute to development of new insights, innovations, trend forecasting, and strategic thinking for some of America's highest profile brands
Qualifications:
- Quantitative and technical skills are the most important qualifications, especially experience managing ad buys on major social media platforms
- 2 to 4 years of digital ad buying experience, with a track record of effectively optimizing returns
- Strong communication skills: written, verbal, presentations
- Detail-oriented, flexible thinker, and client-focused
- Ability to manage multiple clients and effectively prioritize deliverables
- You enjoy working with a team and excel in a group setting
Salary range: $60,000 to $90,000 base salary depending on experience, along with industry-best new business generation commission, flexible work scheduling, and benefits.
