What are the responsibilities and job description for the Line- Prep position at DKI Homecookin' & Steakhouse?
DKI Homecookin' & Steakhouse in Sullivan, MO is looking for a LINE cook to join our 58 person strong team. We are located AT 200 S Service Rd West. Our ideal candidate is at least 18 yr. old, self-driven, ambitious, hard-working and loves the early to lunch shift! Tuesday-Sunday. We are flexible in our scheduling and do our best to accommodate requests.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and set out ingredients to be used throughout the day
- Manage stock of accessible ingredients
- Prepare food as ordered. High Quality Fresh.
- Maintain health and safety guidelines
- Efficiently work with team members towards one goal
Qualifications
- 18 years of age or older with reliable transporation
- Pass random drug testing
- Experience working as prep or similar role is not necessary, but must have a willingness to learn
- Great attention to detail
- Ability to multitask effectively
- Strong verbal communication skills
