TITLE: Systems Engineer (Enterprise, Windows, AD, Azure, AWS)
LOCATION: Calabasas, CA (hybrid 3 days a week) 91302
REQUIRES: US Citizen or Permanent Resident Green Card
SALARY: $115,000-$160,000/yr (no bonus)
REPORT TO: Director, Technical Services
MUST HAVES:
- US Citizenship or Permanent Resident Green Card
- Enterprise Environment experience.
- Experience working with no less than 1000 endpoints.
- Working with over 5000 endpoints.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with Intune for mobile applications.
- Experience doing rollouts of Intune
- Minimum of 1 year of experience with PowerShell scripting.
- Understanding of Azure cloud and Azure AD (Entra ID).
- Experience with multi-cloud and hyper-converged platforms, along with SCCM, Puppet, Chef, and vCloud Automation.
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering, computer science, or related field (or equivalent work experience).

- Experience in AWS or Azure with multi-cloud environments:
- Understanding of Azure cloud and Azure AD (Entra ID):
- Proficiency in systems automation (PowerShell, Shell Scripting) and management tools like SCCM and Solarwinds:
- Networking Knowledge in DHCP, DNS, VPNs, and Firewalls, with experience in VMware NSX:
- Expertise in Microsoft Intune and Azure AD for mobile app management and Office 365:
- Experience with Intune for mobile applications:

Responsibilities:
- Participate in Infrastructure Planning: Design and implement enterprise-class systems infrastructure for critical applications across a global environment. Develop continuous improvement strategies for Corporate and Restaurant services.
- Troubleshoot and Analyze: Partner with cross-functional teams to diagnose and resolve complex infrastructure issues, providing root cause analysis and solutions for continuous improvement.
- Monitor and Optimize: Oversee proactive monitoring, capacity planning, and performance analysis for server, cloud, and storage environments.
- Working with team and management to Develop Technology Roadmaps: Create short- and long-term plans for systems engineering and present proposals to senior leadership.
- Support and Mentor: Act as Level 3 support for escalations and provide training to junior staff.
- Maintain Compliance: Ensure systems meet security standards, including PCI and SOX compliance, and maintain clear, up-to-date systems documentation.
Qualifications:
- 6 years of Systems Engineering experience with Windows Server (2008/2012/2016) in VMware, Active Directory, and core infrastructure (e.g., PKI, Okta, SAML).
- Experience in AWS or Azure with multi-cloud environments strongly preferred.
- Proficiency in systems automation (PowerShell, Shell Scripting) and management tools like SCCM and Solarwinds.
- Networking Knowledge in DHCP, DNS, VPNs, and Firewalls, with experience in VMware NSX as a plus.
- Expertise in Microsoft Intune and Azure AD for mobile app management and Office 365.
- Excellent communication skills for conveying technical information to diverse audiences.
