**Job Description:
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Administration Assistant to support the leadership team of our growing residential general contracting company. This role is essential in ensuring smooth operations and effective communication within the organization
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Provide administrative support to executives, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Prepare and edit correspondence, reports, and presentations.
- Assist in project management tasks, tracking timelines and deliverables.
- Maintain filing systems, both electronic and physical, ensuring all documents are easily accessible.
- Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and vendors, fostering positive relationships.
- Manage office supplies and equipment, ensuring the office runs efficiently.
- Conduct research and assist in special projects as needed
**Qualifications:**
- Must be proficient in Buildertrend software
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in the construction or real estate industry.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with project management software.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
