What You’ll Do:
- Culture & Employee Relations: Act as a trusted resource for employees and managers, fostering a positive work environment, resolving conflicts, and promoting company values.
- Compliance & Policy Management: Ensure adherence to employment laws across multiple states (Florida, Texas, Tennessee, and Louisiana), including implementing policy updates and best practices.
- Recruiting & Onboarding: Manage full-cycle recruiting—from sourcing candidates to onboarding—ensuring we attract and retain top talent.
- HR Systems & Payroll: Serve as the go-to person for Paycor, managing payroll processes, troubleshooting system issues, and ensuring accuracy.
- Manager Support & Coaching: Work closely with leadership to provide HR guidance, including coaching on performance management and employee development.
- Process Improvement: Continuously refine HR processes to enhance efficiency, from benefits administration to workforce planning.
What You’ll Need:
- Experience: At least 3 years in HR, with hands-on experience in recruiting, employee relations, and compliance.
- Paycor Proficiency: Strong working knowledge of Paycor for payroll, HRIS, and reporting.
- Decision-Making Skills: Ability to handle HR responsibilities independently, offering solutions and recommendations without direct oversight.
- Multi-State HR Knowledge: Familiarity with employment laws in Florida, Texas, Tennessee, and Louisiana is a plus.
- Strong Communication: Ability to navigate sensitive conversations with professionalism and discretion.
- Problem-Solving Mentality: A proactive approach to addressing workplace challenges and improving HR processes.
