Distinguished, 20-attorney Insurance Defense Litigation Law Firm is looking for an experienced REMOTE Bodily Injury Litigation Paralegal to join their Boca Raton office (this position is 100% remote as long as you LIVE IN FLORIDA).
Should have 3 years Paralegal experience with Bodily Injury Defense Litigation in FL. We handle the defense of car accidents, trucking accidents, premises liability, and other catastrophic injuries.
SALARY: $70,000 to $75,000 (can go to $80,000 if you don't need health insurance).
***IDEAL Candidates have 4 years experience in Insurance Defense Litigation (Bodily Injury or other Insurance Defense Litigation) Paralegal positions at FL law firms***
DUTIES: issuing subpoenas for medical record/bills, reviewing and summarizing medical records, drafting pleadings, sending out discovery, answering written discovery, drafting motions, e-filing, legal research, client phone calls, and assisting with paperwork in case settlement process. Experience with helping attorneys prepare for depos, mediations and trials is a plus and would go to your compensation.
