Summary
DLA Piper's Boston office seeks a Junior Real Estate Associate with 1-4 years of experience in general real estate transactions, including purchase and sale, joint venture and financing transactions. We seek candidates with immediately transferable skills and strong academic backgrounds from nationally recognized law schools as well as prior experience in a large or mid-sized law firm.
Education
While the specific job requirements of a DLA Piper position may vary depending upon scope of the job and area of specialty, there are certain universal requirements that are expected of all DLA Piper employees, which include but are not limited to:
Sedentary work: Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or a negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects, including the human body. Sedentary work involves sitting most of the time. Jobs are sedentary if walking and standing are required only occasionally, and all other sedentary criteria are met.

- Admitted to practice in the state of MA
- Minimum 1 year of transactional law experience.
- Direct and applicable AmLaw 100 law firm or SEC experience.
