What are the responsibilities and job description for the Affiliate Marketing Coordinator position at DLC Empire?

Dollar Loan Center (DLC), the leader in alternative short-term lending for more than 25 years, is expanding operations and is seeking enthusiastic, motivated individuals to join our team. We are looking for sales-oriented professionals who will have the opportunity to make an impact on the growth of our company. The Affiliate Marketing Coordinator will be responsible for new business partnerships, interacting with potential customers at community events, and special promotions within DLC stores. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys being out in the community, building relationships, and promoting face-to-face.

Compensation :

20 per hour base pay plus up to 50% of earnings after a 90 day probationary period.
Transportation for job duties provided by the company

Job Responsibilities :

Actively travel to various locations around town to engage with local businesses and community members.

Introduce DLC to local businesses and promote the company referral program.

Represent the brand at various events in the community.

Create the "WOW" experience for potential customers, demonstrating a high degree of sales expertise and brand storytelling at community events and in-store promotions.

Retain company product and brand knowledge.

Educate potential business partners and customers about the advantages of Dollar Loan Center.

Share brand expertise while promoting the DLC referral program to nearby businesses and potential loan customers.

Submit activity and results reports such as daily call reports, weekly work plans and monthly visits.

Track and record leads and potential business partners. Develop a follow-up schedule and strategy to follow up with potential partners.

Collect engaging visual content for social media to build brand awareness at community and in store events.

Responsible for communicating inventory, managing popup kits, swag and promotional items, tents / tables, brochures, etc.

Work closely with the Marketing team to ensure successful events.

Collaborate with Operations for scheduling of staff at events.

Enter all event attendees / guests into a CRM system for promotional messaging.

Qualifications / Requirements :

Work all assigned community events with current and potential company partners.

Sales or customer service experience is strongly preferred

40 hours per week, must have night / weekend availability and flexibility to work various shifts due to events.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Self-motivated, self-sufficient and responsible with a positive attitude

Enjoys creatively promoting the brand in-person

Excellent listening skills and follow-through

Must be at least 21 years of age

Valid Driver's license and clean driving record

Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office Programs, particularly Microsoft Excel

Must be comfortable with a role that involves significant time spent outside the office, engaging with potential partners and customers in various settings.
