The Legal Assistant will be responsible for providing Legal support on all Construction matters and documents including but not limited to:
- Construction contract preparation, revision and processing
- Providing other construction document support
- Performing legal research
- Providing additional support to the Legal department, as needed
- Strong communication and writing skills
- Detail oriented, intelligent, and organized
- Positive attitude and professional demeanor
- Team player
- High sense of urgency and flexibility
- Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent relevant experience
- Demonstrated interest in the legal field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe Pro
