Public Works CPM

DLF Construction Inc. We are looking for a Public Works CPM. This role involves managing and overseeing construction projects.

The Construction PM You will focus on high-level project management, including planning, budgeting, and coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee project success, including financials, quality control, and timeliness.
• Manage construction processes, including Requests for information, submittals, change orders, and invoicing.
• Develop and maintain project schedules, cost control, and status reports.
• Foster positive relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors.
• Prepare project proposals and manage contracts.
• Conduct quantity take-offs, estimating, and constructability reviews.
• Ensure project closeout and compliance with jurisdictional requirements.

Qualifications:

• Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture.
• Minimum 5 years of construction experience in public works and commercial.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Projects, Excel, and PROCORE (or similar software).
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• OSHA 30 Certification.

Pay: $90,000.00 - $115,000.00 per year
