What are the responsibilities and job description for the Public Works CPM position at DLF Construction Inc.?
DLF Construction Inc. We are looking for a Public Works CPM. This role involves managing and overseeing construction projects.
The Construction PM You will focus on high-level project management, including planning, budgeting, and coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee project success, including financials, quality control, and timeliness.
- Manage construction processes, including Requests for information, submittals, change orders, and invoicing.
- Develop and maintain project schedules, cost control, and status reports.
- Foster positive relationships with clients, architects, and subcontractors.
- Prepare project proposals and manage contracts.
- Conduct quantity take-offs, estimating, and constructability reviews.
- Ensure project closeout and compliance with jurisdictional requirements.
Qualifications:
- Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture.
- Minimum 5 years of construction experience in public works and commercial.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Projects, Excel, and PROCORE (or similar software).
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- OSHA 30 Certification.
