RESPONSIBILITIES
- Greet and welcome guests in a professional and friendly manner
- Answer and direct phone calls appropriately
- Manage the flow of correspondence by responding to emails and distributing mail
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist in scheduling appointments and meetings
- Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information
- Support office staff with clerical tasks such as data entry, filing, and photocopying
- Coordinate office activities and operations to secure efficiency and compliance with company policies
- Assist in organizing company events or special projects as needed

SKILLS
