Job Description: The Social Media/Marketing Associate is responsible for planning, implementing, managing, and monitoring company’s social media strategy in order to increase brand awareness, improve Marketing efforts and increase sales in collaboration with team to generate new ideas. Creates visual concepts, using computer software or by hand, to communicate ideas that inspire, inform, and captivate consumers. Partners with Marketing Manager in all marketing efforts and tasks.
Essential Job Functions: The Social Media/Marketing Associate is responsible for assisting the Marketing Manager in the following:
- Oversees social media and forum accounts for (Facebook, Instagram, Tik Tok, YouTube, and Google)
- Generates, edits, publishes, and shares engaging content on social media platforms
- Communicates, engages, and responds to queries in a timely manner, monitors customer reviews, and interacts with pages in the industry
- Collaborates with other departments (marketing, management, and operations to ensure brand excellence
- Performs research on current social media trends and audience preferences
- Works with Marketing Manager on execution of marketing campaigns and promotions
- Works with Operations Manager on product uploads for new product added to website.

Pay: $20.28 - $20.41 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
