Job Summary:
In-the-Field Sales: Lead by example by selling roofs and interacting with customers while working alongside your team. Your ability to close deals will inspire and teach your team.

Primary Duties:
- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of the company's products and services
- Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers
- Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Analyze customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts with customers
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure customer satisfaction and timely delivery of products
- Meet or exceed sales targets on a regular basis
- You will be provided leads by the company but will also be required to door knock to generate new business.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Proven experience in sales or a related field
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships
- Ability to analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify business opportunities.
- Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close deals effectively.
- Experience in account management is desirable.
- Ability to safely perform roof inspection.
Preferred Experience:
- Roofing Industry - 1 Year
- Roof Door to Door Sales: 1 year (Preferred)

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
