Front Desk Receptionist

We are looking for a professional, welcoming, and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the face of our company. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a key role in creating a warm and efficient office environment. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist visitors with a professional demeanor.
- Answer and direct phone calls, handling inquiries with courtesy and efficiency.
- Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized calendar.
- Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and filing.
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
- Assist with general office management tasks to support team efficiency.
- Collaborate with colleagues to enhance office operations and customer experience.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Prior experience in an administrative or receptionist role preferred.
