Front Desk Receptionist
Location: Calabasas

We are looking for a professional, welcoming, and organized Front Desk Receptionist to be the face of our company. As the first point of contact for clients and visitors, you will play a key role in creating a warm and efficient office environment. This role requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Greet and assist visitors with a professional demeanor.
  • Answer and direct phone calls, handling inquiries with courtesy and efficiency.
  • Manage appointment scheduling and maintain an organized calendar.
  • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, document preparation, and filing.
  • Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed.
  • Assist with general office management tasks to support team efficiency.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to enhance office operations and customer experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.).
  • Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Prior experience in an administrative or receptionist role preferred.
