DMAC, a restaurant management company, is looking for quality candidates interested in growth opportunities and building a company and culture with McAlister's Deli, located in Columbia, SC.
Salaried Restaurant Management Experience is preferred - the position is for a general manager who has experience in all areas of management such as product ordering, inventory counts, scheduling, onboarding, and understanding of profit and loss (P&Ls).
This position averages 50 hours a week. Candidates should have open availability (we are open from 10 AM to 9/10 PM) and reliable, personal transportation. Candidate should be able to commute within the Columbia area.
Base salary expected: 50K-65K/year plus 10K in bonuses.
