Responsibilities:
- Manage accounting team members
- Own sales tax compliance, including review and reporting in Avalara
- Oversee employee expense reimbursements ensuring timely and accurate processing
- Handle complex project invoicing
- Manage AP payments and vendor transactions
- Support system and process improvements, including testing and implementation
- Collaborate with the Accounting Manager to oversee cashflow, manage corporate AMEX accounts and correct journal entries
- 3–5 years of experience in Accounting
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Minimum GPA of 3.4
- Proficiency in AP, vendor payments, and reconciliations
- Sales tax experience, including filing or working with a provider
- Experience implementing a new ERP system (Acumatica preferred)
- Advanced Microsoft Excel skills
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
