Position Overview
We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Project Manager to join our Operations Team. This role is critical to the successful execution of projects across our service offerings. The Project Manager is responsible for overseeing the full project lifecycle, from planning through closeout, ensuring quality, timeliness, and client satisfaction every step of the way.
This role requires a proactive, organized, and flexible leader who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Review project specifications to develop detailed execution plans, timelines, and resource allocations
- Coordinate labor schedules with foremen, subcontractors, and field teams
- Gather and manage project documentation and maintain organized project folders
- Source vendor quotes, submit for approvals, and coordinate material deliveries and service execution
- Utilize scheduling and tracking tools to monitor timelines, budgets, work hours, and resource use
- Manage and track change orders and scope adjustments
- Maintain and update project-specific construction schedules
- Ensure all required completion documents are gathered for invoicing and project closeout
- Provide timely updates to the Operations Manager and other stakeholders
- Take ownership of weekly progress reports and ensure accurate, up-to-date installation schedules
Qualifications
- 4–5 years of experience in Project Management (construction or facilities services preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree preferred
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Proven problem-solving and critical-thinking skills
- Strong negotiation skills and attention to detail
- Proficiency with MS Office, Google Workspace, and project management tools (advanced Excel a plus)
- Ability to work under pressure, adapt to shifting priorities, and take responsibility for outcomes

Pay: $75,000.00 - $95,000.00 per year
