This full-time position involves answering phone calls, registering patients, scheduling appointments and directing calls to other members of the DIC team. Flexibility is required due to the fast-paced nature of this role.
Responsibilities:
Required Skills and Qualifications
High school diploma with at least 2 years' experience in a medical office is required. Basic medical terminology and insurance knowledge is also necessary. Radiology scheduling experience is strongly preferred. Skilled in the use of computers and related software applications with excellent typing skills is essential. Ability to multitask with constant interruption and maintain confidentiality (HIPAA) is mandatory.
