These are full-time, hourly paid positions.

Duties :
Utilize software to update and extract information
Gather and review necessary client documents
Ability to effectively prepare and complete applications and petitions under attorney supervision
Manage caseload and conduct research
Respond to inquiries from current clients
Communicate effectively with clients, staff or outside agencies to resolve legal related issues.
Assist with docketing
Assist with other projects as needed
Skills :
Ability to analyze and organize factual issues
Knowledge of computers and relevant software applications
Customer Service Oriented and attention to detail
Excellent verbal and written skills
Ability to work well with others and with various personalities
Ability to manage multiple projects under stress and strict deadlines
Job Requirements :
Bilingual : Fluent in both English & Spanish (speaking, reading and writing), required applicants will be tested for proficiency.
Immigration Legal Assistant experience preferred. Administrative office experience, preferred 1-2 years
Bachelor's Degree required, or equivalent years of experience, or equivalent years of experience and education
Software :
Microsoft Word, Excel Intermediate knowledge required
ProDocs, INSZoom, DocuShare preferred but not required
