We are seeking a highly motivated Inside Sales Representative to drive revenue growth by identifying, qualifying, and developing leads for our tax planning, CFO, and advisory services. This role requires a proactive, relationship-focused professional who can engage potential clients, nurture prospects, and set appointments for our senior sales and consulting team.
Principal Responsibilities:
- Lead Generation & Prospecting:
- Conduct daily outbound calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach to engage potential clients.
- Qualify leads based on company size, industry, and service needs.
- Follow up on inbound leads from marketing campaigns and referrals.
- Sales Pipeline Development:
- Maintain and manage an active pipeline of leads in the CRM system.
- Schedule discovery meetings and consultations for Business Development Managers.
- Assist in moving prospects through the sales funnel by addressing initial objections and positioning DMG CPAs value proposition.
- Client Engagement & Relationship Building:
- Research and understand prospective clients' financial pain points.
- Educate potential clients on DMG CPAs services and how we can support their business growth.
- Provide exceptional customer service to maintain relationships and enhance client experience.
- Collaboration & Reporting:
- Work closely with the Business Development and Marketing teams to optimize outreach strategies.
- Track and report on KPIs, including outreach activities, lead conversions, and scheduled meetings.
- Provide insights from client interactions to improve messaging and sales strategies.
- 2 years of experience in inside sales, business development, or lead generation, preferably in professional services, financial services, or B2B sales.
- Strong understanding of accounting, tax, or financial advisory services is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage executives and business owners.
- Proven ability to generate and qualify leads through outbound sales efforts.
- Experience using CRM software (HubSpot, Salesforce, or similar) to manage sales activities.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven mindset and ability to meet or exceed performance targets.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.
- Performance Metrics & Compensation
- This role includes a base salary with a commission structure based on:
- Qualified Appointments Set
- Conversion of Appointments to Sales
- Revenue Generated from Closed Deals
- Additional performance-based bonuses will be awarded for exceeding quarterly and annual targets.
Salary Range: $45,000 - $60,000 Base & Commission
