About The Opportunity
DMI, LLC is seeking a Jr. Deskside Support Specialist to join us.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Assist in providing Level 2 IT support for routine and emergency operations, addressing hardware and software issues for desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
- Document incidents, troubleshooting steps, and resolutions in ServiceNow, escalating unresolved issues to senior team members.
- Support equipment maintenance, including installations, upgrades, and relocations, adhering to CDC IT and property management policies.
- Contribute to emergency preparedness efforts, participating in drills and on-call rotations to provide IT support during critical events.
- Assist in maintaining IT asset inventory, ensuring proper documentation and accountability for CDC resources.
Education and Years of Experience:
- High School Dipolma
- 1-2 Years of Experience in Deskside Support
- ITIL Preferred
