About the Opportunity
DMI is looking for a Client Success Director to join our growing Healthcare vertical. Having made strategic investments in our Digital Healthcare practice, we are creating a powerhouse that brings together healthcare industry experts with a clear vision of delivering impact to our clients by putting technology to good use. Duties and Responsibilities:
- Provide delivery leadership for healthcare clients
- Responsible for planning and delivery - quality compliance, resource economic utilization and customer satisfaction
- Responsible for managing the delivery of multiple projects in the vertical with all FTE responsibilities in the account
- Partner with Client Partners to build and execute the account plans
- Drive actions to meet COD (Cost of Delivery) commitment plan
- Responsible for people processes in the account, employee attrition rate, people and competency development and engagement
- Advocate customer needs/issues and lead/resolve delivery related account escalations
- Responsible for meeting financial objectives of the accounts, mining the accounts, improve the key parameters for the account to increase the revenue & improve the margins.
- Revenue/BHC (Billable Head Count) projections and track to meet the targets driving Delivery led sales in the account.
- Demand forecasting and fulfilment
- Establish and nurture strong executive sponsorship and manage the relationship with customer leadership to drive the execution of account plans
Qualifications
Experience and skills requirement
- Domain specialization: Deep understanding of one or more domains and can appreciate customer s scenario Knowledge of new technologies, platforms, tools and products and their respective applications
- Total knowledge of delivery management, various delivery models etc.
- Deep understanding of the delivery cycle
- Awareness of global industry trends and directions and its impact on IT services
Work requirements
- 10 years of experience in senior roles attributing to technical engagement and delivery management
- Large Program and Portfolio management Onsite experience in a client facing role
- Handling cross-functional multi-disciplinary teams in multiple geographies
- Experience in either Pharma and Life Science client delivery management
- Exposure to sales and customer relationship management
Preferred qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree in computer science, engineering or a technical/IT related field, graduate degree preferred
