DMK serves up the best award-winning burgers, hand cut fries, decadent milkshakes, local beer and crafted cocktails. Our newly remodeled bar and expanded dining room is now open and we need talented, dedicated hospitality professionals to welcome our neighbors and WOW our guests. We are located in the heart of Lakeview and has been featured on Guy Ferrari's Diners. Drive-Ins, & Dives on The Food Network and won many national and local awards for our food.

The ideal candidate will possess the following:
- At least 2 years of experience at the management level (AGM or GM)
- Dependable work ethic
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends
- Experience with training and motivating the team
- Passion for hospitality
- Experience with beverage purchasing, product knowledge and costing
- Experience writing schedules and adhering to target labor percentages
- Time management skills
- Thrives in a leadership position
- Respected by their peers
- Effective communication skills
- Interest in more opportunity with growing company
Salary : $20 - $22
