Job Description
- We seek an Administrative Support Specialist to perform administrative duties at CENSECFOR HQ and throughout the CENSECFOR domain.
- The successful candidate will work closely with other contractor, military, and government civilian administrative personnel at each work location.
Key Responsibilities
- Familiarity with applicable Navy rules, regulations, and other requirements as listed in the contract's Performance Work Statement (PWS).
- Attend in-service training to update contractor personnel on Government rules, regulations, and other requirements.
- Perform administrative duties, including site mail management, site files and records management, status of training, training schedule coordination, and site indoctrination.
- Create and prepare message traffic for leadership approval, award packages, military retirement-related correspondence, official ceremonial paperwork, and other essential documents.
- Manage learning activity correspondence compliance with Navy policies and procedures, check-in/check-out process, government travel details, activity's printing program, and transaction online processing system.
Requirements
- A US Citizen with no record of criminal convictions.
- An active state driver's license and a valid driver's license.
- A High School diploma or GED and a minimum of four (4) years administrative experience, with at least two (2) years in a Navy or Marine Corps environment.
- The ability to obtain a Favorable Tier 3 Background Investigation and a Secret Clearance when required.
