Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce FSC/ Contact center as a Service Architect to lead a critical migration from Microsoft Dynamics to Salesforce Financial Services Cloud (FSC). This role demands a blend of deep Salesforce expertise and contact center integration experience, aimed at executing a seamless CRM transformation for a high-profile enterprise client in the financial services sector.
- Lead the architectural design and strategic implementation for migrating from Microsoft Dynamics to Salesforce FSC.
- Design and manage the integration between Salesforce and various Contact Center platforms.
- Develop frameworks for data migration and mapping strategies to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Create detailed technical specifications and solution designs for complex system integrations.
- Guide and mentor development teams on Salesforce best practices and architectural standards.
- Establish and enforce governance frameworks to maintain data quality and system performance.
Required Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in Salesforce implementation, particularly in complex enterprise environments.
- Proven track record in migrating CRM systems from MS Dynamics to Salesforce.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Financial Services Cloud and integration with CCaaS platforms.
- Robust experience in enterprise architecture within the financial services industry.
- Deep knowledge of API integration patterns, data migration tools, and ETL processes.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with Five9 or similar CCaaS platforms.
- Salesforce Technical Architect certification.
- Familiarity with financial services compliance and regulatory requirements.
- Background in agile project delivery methodologies and middleware integration platforms.
