Our technology services are evolving rapidly, adopting leading-edge methodologies to meet the needs of a dynamic, global enterprise. The Identity and Access Management (IAM) program is a core component of our security framework, ensuring robust identity governance controls. It encompasses the planning, design, implementation, and continuous improvement of identity and access services. We are seeking a User Access Review (UAR) Specialist to join our team and support our IAM initiatives. Candidates with prior experience in Sailpoint IIQ User Access Review campaigns and related processes are ideal for this role.
• 2 years of Sailpoint IIQ User Access Review process execution
• 2 years of experience evaluating or designing security controls related to identity and access management
• Ability to provide clear, practical, and contextual feedback to Engineering team
• Comprehensive understanding of NIST, CIS, ISO, Cobit, and PCI DSS frameworks
• Proactive, strong leadership, sound judgement, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
• Aptitude to learn managed subject matter to the level of expertise
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to successfully navigate limited resources with competing priorities within deadlines in a complex and rapidly evolving organization
• Demonstrated experience of technology tools such as Jira, Confluence, ServiceNow, Microsoft Teams, and Microsoft SharePoint
• PMP and/or Scrum certification a plus
