Job Summary: We are seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Marketing and Business Development Specialist. This
role ideally should be filled by someone who is enthusiastic and has strong verbal communication skills. We are in
need of someone who will play a pivotal role in identifying new business opportunities and enhancing our
company’s marketing presence. Additionally, they will help further our emergence in new regional areas as we
continue our current growth trajectory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Research and identify bidding opportunities for construction projects, particularly in federal, state, and
local government sectors.
- Maintain and update bidding calendars to ensure timely responses to business opportunities.
- Assist in updating and enhancing our company’s marketing materials, including digital media content,
website development, and hard copy promotional materials.
- Document and showcase past performance projects to enhance our portfolio and market presence.
- Collaborate with the marketing and business development team to develop and implement marketing
strategies.
- Support in the creation of marketing campaigns and materials.
- Engage in various aspects of business development, including market analysis and outreach strategies.
Qualifications:
- Strong Bilingual Communication is desired
- Preferably a degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communication, Construction
Management, or a related field.
- Interest and aptitude in marketing, business development, and the construction industry.
- Strong research skills and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in digital media and basic website development.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Creative thinker with a willingness to contribute ideas.
