Prestigious National Law Firm is recruiting for a Help Desk Specialist in the NYC office.
In this role, you will be the first point of contact for all IT-related inquiries and issues. This position requires a strong technical background. This position serves as first and second level support for telephone and email inquiries on Citrix remote access, software applications, mobile devices, phone and remote technologies. Candidates should have 2 years of experience working in a help desk environment in a law firm.
