As a team we are eager to bring aboard a capable Restaurant Maintenance Technician to care for the maintenance needs of our local restaurants.
In our restaurants, the most important asset is our people; both employees and guest. We are seeking a Restaurant Facilities Technicians who is a tactile and strategic facilities professional. They will support a positive guest and employee experience by ensuring our stores are maintained and in good repair. The Restaurant Maintenance Technician will be responsible for the care of multiple restaurants and perform a wide variety of duties. They will report to the District Manager and Facilities Director.
Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including; installing, troubleshooting, cleaning, repairing and maintaining all restaurant equipment, facilities, and grounds.
- Executing all tasks in accordance with safety, systems and process standards.
- Planning and prioritising the timely completion of preventative maintenance work orders. As well as conducting regular inspections to identify potential issues.
- Some electrical and plumbing work will be expected.
- Provide basic HVAC support such as; changing air filters and belts, monitoring cleanliness level of the system and conducting basic cleaning functions. Training for HVAC care and maintenance will be provided.
- Working as a team with the District Manager to control repair and maintenance costs.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area, including the maintenance vehicle. Restaurant Facility Manager is expected to clean as they go and adhere to all appropriate safety practices.
- Traveling varying distances between restaurants will be required.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in maintenance/facilities.
- Valid driver's license required.
- Strong communications skills (English required, Spanish helpful).
- Self-starter with strong time management skills. The ability to meet frequently changing deadlines in a fast-paced environment is crucial.
- Ability to be successful in a position where you may be exposed to hot or cold temperatures, stand up most of the shift, and work with light to moderate tools.
- HVAC and refrigeration experience helpful, but not required (training will be provided).
- Ability to conduct basic plumbing and electrical work.

- Salary: $65,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year, based upon experience.
