We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Laborer to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have experience in warehouse or factory settings and possess a strong mechanical aptitude. This role requires the ability to work collaboratively on assembly lines and utilize various tools and equipment effectively.
Duties
- Operate hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently to complete tasks.
- Assist in assembling products according to specifications and quality standards.
- Fabricate components as needed for production processes.
- Support the assembly line by ensuring a steady flow of materials and components.
- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and report any mechanical issues.
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment.
- Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in a warehouse or factory setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with power tools, hand tools, and basic mechanical knowledge is essential.
- Ability to operate forklifts safely (certification is a plus).
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
- Physical stamina to stand for long periods, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks.
- Excellent teamwork skills with a positive attitude towards collaboration.
