Schedule : 12-hour shift (2-2-3 rotation); 5 : 45 pm-6 : 15 am
Job purpose
Perform maintenance of machinery, building, or equipment installation. Troubleshoots and repairs existing or potential mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, or other problems using blueprints, manufacturer specifications, and wiring diagrams.
Duties and responsibilities
- Ensure operation of machinery and mechanical equipment by completing preventive maintenance requirements on production machines, facilities services, and conveyor systems.
- Locate sources of problems by observing mechanical devices in operation, listening for problems, and using precision measuring and testing instruments.
- Fabricate repair parts by using machine shop instrumentation and equipment.
- Layout, install, adjust, and maintain a variety of electrical equipment such as wiring, motors, switches, switchboards, and electrical mechanisms.
- Diagnose and remedy any electrical trouble quickly to avoid shutdowns.
- Diagnose and remedy the trouble, determine necessary repairs, and tear down and reassemble machines.
- Perform repair of machinery under the direction of the Maintenance Supervisor.
- Prepare mechanical maintenance shift reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information and work order repairs.
- Other duties assigned by management.

Safety Requirements
The hiring range for this position is $50,000 to $70,000 per year. This range is an estimate, and the actual salary may vary based on the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications.
