Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Quality, Food Science, Operations Management, or a related field (preferred).
- Equivalent experience in food manufacturing or processing will be considered.
- 3–5 years of experience in food processing, manufacturing, or operations management.
- Proven experience leading teams in a production or processing environment.
- Strong working knowledge of GMP, HACCP, SQF, and Lean Manufacturing principles
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $80,406.00 - $85,000.00 per year
