Experience & Skills:
- 3–5 years of experience in food processing, manufacturing, or operations management.
- Proven experience leading teams in a production or processing environment.
- Strong working knowledge of GMP, HACCP, SQF, and Lean Manufacturing principles.
- Proficiency in data analytics, Microsoft Excel, ERP Systems, and Microsoft Office.
- Ability to interpret and analyze production metrics to drive efficiency improvements.
- Technical understanding of industrial equipment with the ability to communicate effectively with suppliers, customers, and co-workers.
- Lean Six Sigma certification is a plus.
- Experience in troubleshooting and implementing continuous improvement methodologies to enhance operational efficiency.

Pay: $78,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
