Position: Senior Estimator
Location: Staten Island, NY 10309

Requirements:
Qualifications
Education & Experience:
Minimum 10 years of experience in heavy civil estimating (NYC market only).
Minimum 3 years as the lead estimator, responsible for final bid submissions.
5 years of direct agency bidding experience (NYC DDC, DEP, DOT, SCA, Parks Dept, Sanitation Dept).
Must have worked at each employer for at least 3 years.
Experience working with contractors ONLY. Conceptual estimating will not be considered.
Experience in excavation, deep foundation drilling, bridges, and heavy roadways required.
Lead the estimation process for heavy civil construction projects valued at $20M .
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $150,000.00 - $175,000.00 per year
