Overview
We are seeking a dedicated Plant Operator to join our team. The Plant Operator will be responsible for overseeing the operation of machinery and equipment in our plant to ensure efficient production processes.
Duties
- Monitor and control plant operations
- Operate machinery and equipment according to guidelines
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery
- Troubleshoot issues with equipment and machinery
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Maintain accurate production records
Required Skills:
- Knowledge of plant operations and machinery
- Mechanical Vapor Recompression skills are required.
- Mechanical instrumentation and electrical equipment knowledge is required
- Must know all facets of chemical or process demonstration unit plant operations.
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $21.42 - $29.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
Schedule:
- 8 hour shift
Experience:
- Plant Operator: 3 years (Preferred)
- Chemical Processing: 3 years (Preferred)
- Electrical: 3 years (Preferred)
- Mechanical knowledge: 3 years (Preferred)
- Mechanical Vapor Recompression: 2 years (Preferred)
