DNV - Energy's Sustainable Energy Use - Energy Management group is seeking a Technical Program Manager - Utility to join our Product Innovation & Development team, to manage the day-to-day operations of portfolio programs directed at providing energy efficiency products to business customers, contractors, and trade allies.
This role is based at our DNV office in Okemos, MI, presenting a dynamic hybrid schedule where employees will typically spend three (3) days per week working from either a DNV office or client location / site. What You'll Do
- Program management, working closely with utility client personnel to monitor program / project results including energy savings, quality assurance
- Manage performance of subcontractors
- Coordinate implementation of Energy Efficiency Products / Services with customers; on-site visits and customer interviews
- Review and process invoices
- Facilitate analysis of energy efficiency products
- Build strategies for achieving program goals and increasing energy efficiency
- Develop recommendations to improve the program as needed
- Project budget management and tracking of performance against goals
- Coordinate, schedule and assist in managing live events
- Deliver presentations / trainings to a variety of stakeholders including utility clients, customers, community organizations, trade allies on energy efficient technologies and program incentives
- Preparation of written reports
