Key Responsibilities
Scaling Recruitment Operations: The majority of your time will be spent driving our recruitment efforts, ensuring we attract and hire the best talent.
- Lead full-cycle recruiting, from crafting compelling job ads to onboarding successful candidates, while developing innovative strategies to attract top talent for office and field roles.
- Manage and optimize recruiting tools and platforms—such as BambooHR, Indeed, and social media channels—while collaborating with vendors to streamline the hiring process.
- Evaluate hiring trends to identify opportunities and implement solutions that optimize retention.
- Support headcount growth of 70% as the company scales, ensuring the recruitment pipeline meets business needs.
Organizational Development: A significant portion of your role will involve optimizing office operations and supporting the in-office team to maintain smooth workflows.
- Design and execute onboarding programs to efficiently integrate new hires at scale
- Implement performance management systems to support a rapidly expanding workforce
- Develop leadership training initiatives to prepare current employees for growth opportunities
Culture and Engagement
- Cultivate a strong company culture that can withstand the challenges of rapid growth
- Implement employee engagement initiatives to maintain high morale during periods of change
- Develop internal communication strategies to keep all employees aligned with company goals
HR Infrastructure: You will dedicate part of your role to overseeing HR-related tasks and fostering a positive employee experience.
- Establish scalable HR processes and systems to support a growing organization
- Serve as the point person for HR-related tasks, including onboarding, benefits administration, compliance, and employee relations.
- Coordinate on high-level HR matters to ensure policies and procedures align with company goals and regulatory requirements.
- Handle employee relations, including disciplinary actions, handbook compliance, and training tracking.

- Strong computer literacy, with expertise in recruiting tools and platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred but not required.
Schedule:
This position operates Monday through Friday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with occasional early mornings or weekends as needed to meet business demands.
Salary:
- $90,000 - $100,000 annually (base salary) Bonus Potential of up to 25% of Base Salary
