The ideal candidate will be responsible for receiving, storing, and managing inventory in our warehouse, with a strong emphasis on inventory control and the use of inventory control software.
Responsibilities Include But Are Not Limited To
- Receive incoming shipments and verify contents against purchase orders
- Unload trucks and move inventory to designated storage areas
- Maintain accurate records of received and shipped items
- Perform regular inventory counts and reconcile discrepancies
- Utilize inventory control software to track inventory levels and manage stock
- Ensuring materials are delivered to the appropriate production areas in a timely manner.
- MUST have 5 years experience in INVENTORY CONTROL Quickbooks Inventory Software Build Assembly Stock Management
- Previous experience in warehousing, receiving, or inventory control
- Experience with inventory control software and the ability to learn new software quickly
- Proficiency in shipping software such as ShipStation
- Ability to lift up to 50-pound boxes and perform physical labor in the warehouse
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Good communication and organizational skills
- Experience with administrative and clerical work: proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
- Strong customer service and communications skills.
- Bilingual, fluent in English and Spanish is mandatory.
