Fall Semester 2025-Spring 2026 (Onboarding begins Spring Semester 2025)The Doane Leadership Educator (DLE) focuses on promoting and creating opportunities for others to grow in their leadership. Through our interview series, workshops and other unique platforms we seek to collaborate with other groups and help foster equitable leadership that will shape leaders for the future.
