We need to hire a full-time Service Advisor / Writer to guide customers through the motorcycle repair/maintenance process ensuring customer satisfaction. Training is provided. Enjoy working in our FUN, fast-paced, beautiful dealership! Apply now and join our team!

Duties include but are not limited to:
- Guide customers through the entire motorcycle repair/maintenance process, advise them on service options and costs, offer 'specials', sell parts, accessories & installation, schedule service appointments, follow their bike from service bay entry to completion, quality control bike, and ensure customer satisfaction.
- Other duties may be assigned
Qualifications/Requirements - Service Advisor:
Service Advisor/Writer experience is a plus but not required. Training is provided!- Good communication, customer service, computer and sales skills
- Driver's license and good driving record is required
- Ability to push, move and/or ride an 800 lb. motorcycle is required
- Ability to drive a truck with a trailer is a plus!
- A motorcycle endorsement is preferred but not required. We will help you obtain a motorcycle endorsement.
- Energetic and dependable with a good work ethic
- Self-motivated to succeed
